Anne has been illustrating professionally for 20 years. Her award winning
illustrations have been seen in a series of posters for the London Transit
in England. As well, her work has appeared at the Frankfurt Bookfair,
in trade shows, on billboards, buses, advertisements, children's books
and much
more!
For two years Anne was an Artist in Residence at Applegrove Community
Complex, where she worked on fabulous art projects with children
(see personal pg).
Her work is friendly, vibrant and often humorous - with detailed
mapwork and colourful images that rival "Where's Waldo". She works
traditionally but is expanding her skills in Photoshop.
Anne studied at both the Alberta and Ontario Colleges of Art,
graduating in 1987.
She has a passion for travel and her backpacking adventures have
taken her
all over the world. Other passions include indoor rock
climbing, cycling,
singing, sewing and meditation.
Anne lives in a colourful Toronto townhouse with her
charming cat.
